Spicy Beef, Pork and Fennel Burger with Galbani Dolcelatte - Galbani
Preparation

Add the beef and pork mince to a large mixing bowl. Add two teaspoons of crushed fennel seeds, breadcrumbs, hot pickled chilies, salt and pepper. Season well.

Combine the mixture together to form three small patties.

Add a drizzle of olive oil to a large pan on a high heat.

Cook your minced patties in the pan for two minutes on each side, until the meat has cooked through.

Add bite-size pieces of Galbani Dolcelatte on top.

Remove from the heat and serve in a toasted bread bun with a slice of tomato, some finely chopped onion and lettuce.
