Mozzarella, Olive Tapenade, Marinated Artichoke
Preparation
Slow roasted tomatoes with garlic, thyme, oil and seasoning.
Spread olive tapenade on the baguette slice and tear Galbani Mozzarella into pieces and to place on top.
Add a slowly roasted tomato wedge, marinated artichoke and garnish with chives
