Hazelnut Chocolate Desserts with Galbani Mascarpone
Preparation
Cut the hazelnuts into small pieces and place in the bottom of six transparent glasses.
Break up the dark chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl over a small pan of gently simmering water. Add the sugar and continue to stir until all the dark chocolate has melted, then remove the bowl from the heat and leave to cool for a few minutes.
Put the Galbani Mascarpone into a large bowl and gently fold in the dark chocolate and hazelnuts until evenly blended.
Divide the dark chocolate mixture between six transparent glasses and serve with the remaining pieces of hazelnuts on top.
