Galbani Mozzarella Cheese Steak
Preparation
First, cut the beef into thin slices.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over a medium heat. Add the beef slices, green chilies, chilli flakes, white wine vinegar, basil and oregano. Cook for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the Galbani Mozzarella Maxi and tomato into thin slices.
Once the meat has cooked through, remove the pan from the heat.
Cut the ciabatta in half. Place the beef slices, green chilies and tomato on one half of the ciabatta. Then place the Galbani Mozzarella Maxi slices on top.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
Tip
Semi freeze the beef for 3-4 hours, this will enable you to cut the beef as thin as possible.
