Galbani Dolcelatte Fondue
Preparation
Add the Galbani Dolcelatte, Galbani Mascarpone and milk to a large saucepan. Simmer on a low heat, stirring well until the cheese has melted.
Carefully pour the sauce into a fondue pot or heavy metal dish. Sprinkle any remaining Galbani Dolcelatte on top.
Arrange an assortment of bite-size dipping foods on a platter and serve with fondue forks. We recommend herb potatoes, chunks of butternut squash, slices of apples or pears and ciabatta bread to savour the delicious taste of Galbani Dolcelatte and Mascarpone. Dip and enjoy!
