Bruschetta with Galbani Mozzarella
Preparation
Squeeze the tomatoes on the toasted slices of bread to let excess tomato juice drain out.
Then, cut the tomatoes into small dices. Add extra virgin olive oil and set aside.
To enhance the taste of tomatoes on the toasted bread slices, rub the bread with a few cloves of garlic.
Cut the Galbani Mozzarella into slices (you should be able to make 5 slices with a single ball)
Place the tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil on the toasted slices and sprinkle with oregano. Top with Galbani Mozzarella slices and season with salt and pepper. Your appetiser is ready!
