Chili Prawns with Avocado Mascarpone

Preparation
Start by blending avocado and Galbani Mascarpone together until smooth, then finish with lemon juice and seasoning.
Marinate cooked prawns in crispy chilli oil.
Grill ciabatta until golden brown.
Assemble cicchetti with the avocado and mascarpone mousse, basil leaves, sun blushed tomato and chili marinated prawns.
