Dolcelatte originates from the region of Lombardy in Northern Italy, where Galbani has been making authentic Italian cheeses since 1882.
Usage occasions
Galbani Dolcelatte is a smooth and creamy blue cheese which offers a milder alternative to powerful blue cheeses, thanks to its delicate flavour. It has a famously soft texture, making it extremely versatile – fantastic on its own, great as an addition to pasta, pizza, risotto and more!
